Sunrise Real Estate

At Sunrise Real Estate, we believe every day presents a new opportunity for change, growth, and to solve real estate problems. Just as no two situations are alike, we work with each client to understand their needs and problems to create a customized solution. We are conscious, compassionate investors that take pride in empowering our clients. We started investing in 2012 and quickly realized that real estate can be an incredible comfort or an incredible burden. From that time, we have dedicated ourselves to helping good people in bad real estate situations regain control of their life and financials. We believe everyone should have shelter that’s comfortable, clean, and affordable and this mantra drives us daily to help ease burdens caused by unwanted real estate.

Animal Rescue

Stephanie has been involved in animal rescue for almost a decade now and has served many roles, including fostering (which is how she ended up with her second dog), screening potential adopters, and pulling dogs from the shelter. It’s an emotionally exhausting role but highly rewarding. In the south, there is an abundance of stray dogs due to a lack of spaying and neutering. Additionally, shelters are overpopulated so euthanasia rates are high. Her rescue group gives them a second change at life by matching the dogs that would otherwise be euthanized with loving, forever homes. If you’re looking for a pet, before you turn to a breeder, we encourage you to look at a rescue dog. Rescue groups are well trained at helping you select a dog that’s the perfect fit for your family and will support you in the transition. In return, you will get the most grateful companion you could imagine.
